My kids love their new bed…the stairs! All amazing! The quality is so far so good! My husband and oldest son put it together, no complaints. you can pick which side you want the stairs to go on which helps it fit in your room perfectly how you want it. My husband liked how the stairs came in a separate box so they wouldn’t have to figure out pieces for all parts.

Great quality, well explained assembly, timely delivery. Worth the price.

I’m in love with this bed and the kiddos are so excited ! They got an entire room makeover. It’s a clean, fresh, beautiful new set up thanks to this bed.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to because I had a really good experience with Max & Lily. I got the full bed with the trundle. The shipping wasn’t bad we waited probably about the most 2 weeks for the item. The whole bed was very easy to put together (even the trundle) and my daughter loved it. However, the next day while my daughter was lying on the trundle we heard it break. We checked and it was underneath the trundle where the wheels go. I emailed their customer support and they replied within the hour, they provided me with a solution to either replace the piece that broke off or to replace the whole trundle. I chose to replace the whole trundle and use the extra pieces for extra support. I personally would not get the trundle bed again but I will 100% purchase different furniture and recommend others to buy from Max & Lily.

Shipping was great, items came in great condition. No scratches on the wood
