Excellent price for queen over queen bunk bed. Shipping was timely. Missing a couple of screws but were shipped once I submitted a request. Heavy, good quality.

We were very disappointed when our bed arrived damaged. However, we received excellent customer service and it completely turned our experience around. Our bed is beautiful and such high quality! We will definitely order again in the future.
