Extremely satisfied with the bunk bed. It looks great, it feels sturdy and safe, and assembly was straightforward and quick. One of the pieces had a small defect, and Customer Service offered several options for a quick and fair resolution. We have had the bed for over a month now, and we have no complaints.

We were really happy with the chest of drawers and bunk bed we purchased. A few bad pieces but customer service was excellent. They ask for photos and a few days to review and resolve. Be patient. It was a great purchase for us!

The bed is great. It is exactly as advertised, good quality, solid wood, and was shipped undamaged. It was relatively easy to assemble, and I did it on my own. If I have one complaint, it is that all the screws are shipped in one bag. Many of the screws are the same or near the same length, but different colors (colors are not indicated in the instructions). I was only able to select the appropriate screws by matching the quantities in the instructions - luckily there were different amounts of each type.

Gorgeous bed, and super sturdy. My kids love it!

Every part of the experience was positive. It shipped fast, was easy to assemble and customer service was exceptional.
