The order arrived by Fedex and had full tracking on it so we knew when to expect it to arrive.

It is a beautiful piece of furniture. All solid wood unlike others I found online. Loved the extra book boxes that hang off that I bought extra.

Shipping was quick and box came in excellent condition

Easy to put together and sturdy/solid for my 9 year old to use on his lofted bed. Love it!
