I had seen these pillows advertised to me through instagram so I decided to order some during their birthday sale. I really liked the idea of being able to adjust the firmness of the pillow. The pillow itself is great quality! I will say I don’t see the biggest difference when adjusting from plush to medium firmness, I like a softer pillow so I wish it was a little more plush. That being said, I’m sleeping well at night and my neck isn’t hurting so that’s a win for me! The shipping time was really quick as well.
