I would give this company zero stars. They withdrew the money from my acccount and I never received any product. They have not been responsive to me.

Take a very long time to respond to emails, but thats all you can do to get ahold of them, because they never answer the phone. They won't exchange anything. You have to send back your item, and they will refund it... eventually... but until then, you have to make a completely separate purchase for the other item you wanted to just do a simple exchange for.

Horrible company. Reached out 5 times to the company was never ever not once did I get a response. Don’t expect any customer service at all if you have an issue your own your own once you order.

Return policy is ridiculous. If you try pillow once you can't return.

Just don't recommend these pillows at all just my opinion
