No problems with the company just the product isn’t the right pillow for my sleeping needs.

My husband likes his pillow. Low loft gel. Mine is mid loft with gel charcoal. Side and back position? Not sure if I like his more.

Awaiting info on return. Seems like taking a while

I liked my pillow but it’s not as good as the one I got a few years ago that is the same type. It’s thicker and a little too firm
