The first time I ordered
The first time I ordered my pillow, FedEx delivered it to the wrong building somewhere in my neighborhood. Whoever received it must have decided to keep it because I never got it back. I filed a claim with FedEx, but they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Luckily, Malouf refunded me so that I could repurchase, but they took out about $7 to cover shipping (I guess. ) I was also frustrated that I had used a promo code on the original order, and it no longer worked when I tried to repurchase the pillow I never received. This was the fault of FedEx, not Malouf, but the overall experience was stressful.
