They came in an en envelope with no identification on them, so I could not know which one was which. there was no note, not even an address on the envelope, and I was not successful in my trying to get in touch with you on the website either. Very disappointed with the quality of your sheets, AND I am washing them the way you advise! Very ruff and are not getting any softer!!

I own several pairs of linen sheets and these are the lowest quality. They are thin, and they have so many fraying threads right out of the box. They are soft quite soft but I’d rather buy higher quality linen that is scratchy at first but softens with age. When I complained about the price and getting a duvet cover with SO MANY fraying edges, I got a general response that was not at all catered to my complaint. Rachele was incredibly rude and not understanding nor provided any service. I would not recommend this brand to anyone, and looking at their facebook they delete the bad reviews (the honest ones) from their website. Would not recommend.
