My sheets and duvet cover are amazing, and so beautiful. However, what I appreciated the most about Maison Tess was how the company handled order setbacks and kept me up to date on changes. Maison Tess is also really responsive to concerns which is amazing.

I've now tried several percale cotton products from various stores (some much more expensive than what Maison Tess charges) and I gotta say I'm incredibly impressed with what Tess produces. Their percale is a perfect blend of being crisp and cool while being buttery soft. I have higher thread count products (which are always more expensive) that don't feel as buttery as Tess' sheets. Most impressive is how this duvet cover has handled being washed and dried. Compared to products from other stores (some certified organic, more expensive, brand name) Tess' percale has gotten softer but hasn't developed "fluff" on it's surface. Not sure if that's the correct term, but rubbing my hands over other products, it's like the threads have lifted and left a light fluffy layer (almost like flannel) on the surface, which tends to attract lint. Somehow Tess' sheets have not, they've remained smooth. Of course it's better not to use the dryer, but I don't have a lot of hanging space. This duvet cover has made my down duvet even better as it compliments the softness of the duvet. It doesn't come with corner ties, but it took about 10 mins for me to sew some in. And it wasn't bad using it without them. I must compliment the store policies and customer service as well - there aren't many bedding stores that offer a trial period, no hassle returns (postage prepaid!) and donate the used bedding to charity. There was also a monetary incentive to exchange vs. refund, which is a great idea (I exchanged a flat sheet that wasn't the size I needed). I haven't had to ask too many difficult questions to customer service, since the products have been working for me, but when I have contacted them they've responded quickly and without judgement, literally with a smile (happy face), always looking to help. Very refreshing, especially for those of us with major sleep issues that have struggled to find products to make our lives better. Very impressed with the company and products, I've since purchased more pieces and will likely be buying all my bedding from Tess from now on. Thanks!

The quality and softness of the linen is wonderful. We are very satisfied with our purchase. I enjoyed the eco friendly packaging, no wasteful plastic was used to ship our parcel. Very thoughtful!

Soft and luxurious. I love the feeling of this fabric against my skin. The colour is true to the photos on the website. Shipping was quick and everything arrived nicely wrapped and in perfect condition.
