The duvet cover is thin but very warm. Too warm for us, despite the cool house, I was still sweating with it. Not for me. The material is also not very soft, it’s quite stiff actually. And not that this matters too much but the duvet appears white in the pictures, mine was yellow (I’m assuming from the wool colour?). It shipped fast and the packaging was great. However, I’m not impressed with the customer service. If you are unhappy with the product…well, too bad because there is no way of taking it back if you used it. There is no “trying it out” basically. I would recommend buying it from an actual store where you can take it back if you are unhappy with it. A bigger company would try to make the customer happy, instead of worrying more whether they can re-sell your returned product. Now I’m stuck with a duvet cover I will probably never use again.

Customer service was not good. I had an issue with UPS and they basically said deal with them. No help whatsoever!

Poor customer service in response to receiving an item not as advertised.

Queen sized Featherbed does not fit my queen sized standard bed … it slips too so by the morning it’s two inches off the foot of the bed. I also purchased a pillow and I requested firm and it’s so soft I can’t use it first night gave me intense neck pain . spoke to customer service and they told me it was the first they encountered this problem and didn’t want to help me after i spent 700$ on their products .
