Started the whole process around the 1st of December, just started the fruiting stage with a lightbulb on a 12 hour timer, fingers crossed we'll be seeing tiny baby mushies pretty soon here. So far everything has worked as promised, no hiccups, no mold, no dead bag. Followed the excellent instructions as if my life depended on it and it appears to be working perfectly. Hopefully about 3 weeks out from my first flush. Never done this before and I'm seeing success!
