I placed an order for my first grow bags and the box was damaged during shipping, which ruined a few of the bags inside. I didn't notice at first because I didn't use them right away. A few weeks had gone by before I discovered the damage. I reached out to the company and they immediately replaced my bags. They were so wonderful about the whole process. I'm definitely a novice, but so far so good with the grow process. I will absolutely use this company any times over. In fact, BRB, I'm going to order a few more bags!
