Terrible I’m afraid. I’m still waiting to find out how to collect my delivery. I’m very disappointed as I expected that for such a high postal cost my bedlinen would be delivered to my door. I still think that Luxotica should be sorting the issue out first me. For extra cost on my part I have tried to get my parcel delivered but I’m told I have to go to a post office to collect. But which one?
