I would like to thank Hazel Bueno from the customer support team for helping me last week. I realised I had ordered a bunk bed for pick up rather than delivery. When I called for assistance she was so helpful and responsive. Hazel quickly gave me a quote for the delivery, a link to pay and a date for delivery of the bed bunks. The issue was resolved so quickly. My kids are so excited to receive these bunk beds with not much delay at all!
