I love this thing! The best part? No more hemorrhoids! It was easy to install, and is so easy to use. My old house had the wrong size pipes. I called the seller, and they shipped me the right adapters. From the dates on the packaging, they shipped the adapters on the same day! That's service! If you want to take this from me, better bring some friends!

The bidets are absolutely wonderful! I did have one small issue that was resolved very quickly. Every toilet should have these. Easy to install. Easy to use. Very effective. Cuts way down on toilet paper usage.

The Neo Plus exceeds all expectations. Very easy to install and durable. The hinged feature makes cleaning very efficient. We have several Luxe Bidets in our home and I wouldn’t consider another brand
