LUXE Bidet

We have had our LUXE Bidet for over a year. After returning from an excursion to Europe, where bidets are common, we knew we wanted one for our home. This is a very good quality, inexpensive solution that works incredibly well. We don't have an electric outlet for a unit that heats the water, but this is generally fine. If I had a plug nearby, I would opt for the heated unit, but again, we really like the LUXE Bidet we have.

Love the unit and only issue is that the toilet seat does not stay up, like I'd did in the beginning. Is there any way to fix.
