There’s no question about the art or print quality when buying a Lora Zombie piece. What stood out to me was the way customer support handled the Canada Post strike. Not only did they reach out to give me different options in case I needed my order sooner, but they threw in a bunch of complementary swag as a thank you for my business during the postal strike, which was totally out of their control. It was totally unnecessary but very appreciated, and the staff member handling my case (Alyssa) was very nice! Thanks for everything :)
