The Floor lamp looks great . The best part of the experience was the customer service provided. When the lamp was delivered it was missing a key part for the assembly . I sent an email and received an immediate response . Very quickly the missing component was identified and shipped within hours of sending the email . Many thanks to Tanya for exceptional service snd follow up .
