We switched from a hybrid mattress with a few memory foam toppers after I was having a lot of trouble sleeping soundly (I am 4 months pregnant and am supposed to spend most of the night on my left side). I'm really sensitive to pressure points and I still woke up often feeling pain in my hip or shoulder. My husband woke up with a sore back because it was so soft. This mattress is firm but contours to you so you feel even support from your shoulders to your legs. I don't wake up due to pressure point pain and he wakes up without back pain. We are very happy...it solved both of our problems in the same mattress. Also, customer service was amazing.

The mattress arrived a lot faster than expected which is unusual since I live in Honolulu. They expedited the order quickly and were very friendly. The mattress has a bit of new mattress smell but it dissipated within a couple of days. It's my first memory foam mattress so I am still becoming accustomed to sleeping on it but overall have gotten some good night sleeps. I've only had it for less than a week so I can't speak to its durability, but initial comfort and customer service were great.

The quality of the mattress is great! I love the looks of it, too. I want to love this bed so badly b/c I like the companies values, and I like the design elements of this mattress. Not to mention, the customer service is top notch. Seriously, just talk to Ryan and you will see what I mean. This company genuinely cares about your personal needs, even if it means their bed isn't the right fit. Unfortunately, both the Elite and Luxury are just too firm for me. I'm used to a medium-firm mattress, and I feel both of these were farther on the firm end of that spectrum. Please give this company a try; you're more likely to find a good match than I was - I've always had hard time finding a mattress that will work for all of my sleep-related idiosyncrasies. Regarding the memory foam and well-known stuck feeling - you don't get that feeling here! Don't stray away if that's your worry.
