I bought the luxury queen mattress in November when it was on sale, but knew I wouldn't be able to have it delivered for at least two months later. The Live and Sleep team kindly allowed me as much time as I needed. When I contacted them two months later with a preferred delivery date in about two weeks, I got immediate responses with updates. Though it was due for delivery on a Tuesday, Ryan, the chief customer officer at Live and Sleep, informed me that UPS might deliver it early. I wasn't sure that would work, so Ryan immediately contacted UPS to alert them to that fact and assured me the mattress would not be left on the doorstep if no one was home; it would be delivered the next day. UPS did show up late on Monday, when we happened to be there. This was fortunate because it gave the bed an extra day to inflate before we had to sleep on it Tuesday night.
The mattress was left for two days on the floor until a bed frame arrived. Within a few hours of putting the mattress on the frame, the chemical smell began. But a couple of hours of opening a window took care of the smell entirely.
We have now slept on the bed for 9 nights, and are very pleased with its comfort. I especially like that I don't feel any movement from my husband. I am very happy that I bought the bed from Live and Sleep. When researching mattresses, I only considered companies that made an eco-friendly one. That was my number one priority. I hoped it would also be a company with good customer service, and Live and Sleep has more than exceeded my expectations. I also applaud them for their charitable contributions from each sale.
With less than two weeks experience sleeping on the mattress, I can't say for certain that it will continue to be comfortable, though I expect it will be, but I do know that the team will take care of any concerns. Thanks to Ryan and the other team members for taking care of your customers and developing an eco-friendly quality mattress.
