We were wrong, it is extremely comfortable. Good support and soft top layer conforms to curves. We've been sleeping great on it so far! 7 nights in and we recommend it highly!

I've been sleeping on my new mattress for several weeks now and am pleased with the purchase. I'm a back-sleeper and find it very comfortable and a good mix between firm and flush. It's my first memory foam mattress so I'm still getting used to the feel of it. I've always had a thick mattress topper so I'll still probably add one just to add more bounce and cushion.
