Great customer service, comfy bed!

We had this mattress for a little while and a few different people were able to sleep on it, including my husband and me. They all thought it was a very comfortable mattress. The major issue for us was that we had it in a murphy (wall) bed, and it expanded larger than advertised, meaning that we couldn't close the mattress into the wall. The cover is a little polyester-y, but it didn't seem to affect the temperature of the mattress (it didn't sleep hot). Customer service was great and we were able to return the mattress (by donating it to a nonprofit organization) without any issue. I'd recommend the mattress, as long as you aren't trying to fit it into an exact 60" x 80" area, because it will expand to more than an inch bigger than those dimensions.

The price and service for this mattress are great, but my back hurts when I get up. The mattress feels great when I get into bed and I have no problems falling asleep. It's not hot like my old expensive temperpedic, but my back just doesn't like it. One of those quirky things. I'm going to try a 6" bowstring to see if that helps.
