I purchased the classic model. I didn't realize the 2-day shipping wasn't guaranteed, so I emailed immediately after ordering asking if they could tell me which day it would arrive and explained that I was moving into a new apartment. They ensured I received my mattress in two days, and it arrived right when I needed it. Five stars for customer service. As for the mattress itself, I couldn't be happier. It's firm and supportive, with just the right amount of cushion. I am a side sleeper and my hips, ribs, and shoulders often get sore from sleeping on too hard or too soft mattresses. The mattress decompressed in a few hours. I went to sleep exhausted and achy after moving, and actually woke up in much less than pain that I went to bed with. The pillow is also great, I appreciate that it was included in the coupon. I can't say anything for the longevity yet since I've only had it for three days, but so far I would highly recommend it.

I must admit, I was pretty anxious about buying a new mattress, even more so with buying it over the internet. So I spent six months researching and comparing, until I came to liveandsleep.com I was immediately captivated by their story, process, and design. I have back issues and allergies, and was looking for a very specific feature-set that was proving hard-to-come-by. I have now been sleeping on the Live and Sleep for five nights, and so far I would consider this as one of the finest mattresses available, and as a bonus, it's priced 50-75% less than comps. It sleeps "cool", doesn't "wrap" you in foam while sleeping, and was super easy to setup. The removable cover was a huge benefit, as anyone with allergies will attest. The very noticeable off-gas smell dissipated within 24 hours, just as the company advises. The shipping was prompt and without issue (tho I'm sure my UPS guy would rather I didn't get a mattress shipped to the house ;) ) All-in-all, I'm satisfied so far. I'll update or post a new review after a month or two of use...

I did a TON of research before buying my Live and Sleep--I spent months reading reviews and searching for options. It was very important to me to find a mattress that didn't off-gas, and my Live and Sleep had next to no smell after it was done unrolling and 'inflating' (which only took an afternoon). I tried out Bear Mattress and Tuft and Needle, and both were too soft for me; I'd wake up with intense back or neck pain. Live and Sleep is just a tad firmer than those brands. It is a lot thicker than I was expecting, and the materials feel very high-quality.

So easy to unpack, fluffed up quickly, and the smell went away fast. We love our new mattress and would definitely recommend it to others!

I wasn't sure if I was going to like or be comfortable on a memory foam mattress, but I knew the current pillow-top with two ruts in it had to go. I have been thoroughly impressed with how the Live and Sleep mattress conforms and supports every point while you sleep. There is no spring to the bed, you just sort of sink into it which takes some getting used to, but ultimately is much more comfortable than bouncing around on a traditional mattress. This feature also provides your partner with minimal disruption if you turn over/move around. From a budget standpoint, you can beat this mattress, I am converting my entire house to these mattresses because of the quality, comfort and affordability.
