I never got my duvet cover and they ignored all my requests to rectify the situation. I will be seeking legal help later this month

I spent over $400 for bedding items!! The color was terrible. I had to pay $89.00 in shipping fees to return them, as I’d never put this color in a room. It’s been over a month and I’ve heard NOTHING from this company., even though I’ve reached out to them!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are based in Hong Kong, and they do not respond or refund your money!!! Buyer beware!!!
