I spoke directly to Stephanie in the office. I had seen this item online at Amazon. It could be personalized, but their website was not set up to do that. Stephanie was most helpful and I was able to order directly from the company. The product is excellent, and I will do it again in the future . I will also tell my friends about all the nice Momentos they can order.

Everything was so nicely done and the staff was very kind to help with what we wanted for my dad. The urn we chose was a great quality and very lovely.
