delivery took way too long

The personalized candle holder is beautiful, however mine did Not come with candles and the packaging was Not very good. It was wrapped in brown packing paper inside the shipping box which wasn’t very sturdy. It was badly damaged. I purchased it for a gift, now I’ll need to find candles and a box to put it in before I give it.

The product is adorable; however, customer service is sorely lacking. I had to reach out after 7 days to ask when my products were being shipped.

I paid 12. 50 for shipping. My order was placed on 11/9, Lifesong reported it was shipped on 11/12 and reported it delivered on 11/18 but it was not, and finally it was delivered on 11/19. I think for $12. 50 I should have had faster shipping. I am pleased with the product, dissatisfied with the shipping.
