The cotton pillow medium is fantastic! I cut a king size pillow to make two pillows--a standard and travel pillow. Wish I would have bought two instead. The construction was amazing... the outer layer is soft, smooth cotton fill anchored with stitching to the outside cover. The inner core is thousands of small 'twists' of cotton which gives the pillow a lofted feel--still it is firm as I would expect from cotton. Very comfortable, the smooth layer contours to my ears. At first I thought the medium was too high, but it has settled a bit to just the right size for good neck support. Absolutely love this pillow and will buy more.
