Greatest company and products ever!

No reviews as yet, since I haven't received the mattress. Your sales people have been helpful--Kyra is quite wonderful--but since receiving word that the mattress is out for shipment, I haven't heard anything more. I entered the tracking number on the AIT site, but it promptly told me nothing. With each day that passes my old mattress seems to get more uncomfortable and I long more for the new one from you. Anything you can do to speed it along would be a great help. Thanks. Walter
