Shame we missed the 14 window for the return on a product, but the service / delivery was good.

Service is courteous and helpful.

Product was a few weeks more delayed than promised and I had to reach out to check on the status when the expected shipping date had come and passed. Apart from this the customer service has always been exemplary. They are able to answer specific questions about product dimensions and the like which I was appreciative of.

The shipment was delayed but once I got in contact with them they kept me well up to date.

There was a long wait for delivery, but Life Interiors communicated regularly
