Online store was easy to navigate and had lots of great options. Customer Service gave great advice and the communication was very polite and helpful. Delivery was fine once the item arrived - but not L.I's fault - we had massive delays caused by an industrial strike & the item took months to arrive. It all worked out ok in the end. We get lots of compliments on the item - everybody so far loves it.
