Amazing!

The service I received was 1st class, Natalie was amazing with the support she gave me. I have now been converted to only using Lick paint and will be telling friends and family about the quality and service.

The whole lot! Your epic customer experience — on hand — Seamus — he was super friendly, knows the LICK products inside out, I have absolutely not a clue how to paint, with what, etc, but Seamus came to the rescue, with support and recommendations as to my personal wishes. It felt as thought I was genuinely meeting a representative of a very robust and well thought about brand that is passionate about CX, the quality of the product, , the uniqueness of what represents the ‘LICK’ brand values; the quality of the LICK products, the sense that their brand has an environmental conscience. Well, I could go on…. Thank you, I am a happy customer!

Do not buy

I recently purchased paint and after being used, it turned out that it was too different shades although the two tins had the same shade, same code, same batch. Contacted Lick customer service to arrange replacement or refund and have been treated like liars, very disappointed and disgusted on how I’ve been made to feel. Will never purchase any product again.
