Your epic customer experience — on hand — Seamus — he was super friendly, knows the LICK products inside out, I have absolutely not a clue how to paint, with what, etc, but Seamus came to the rescue, with support and recommendations as to my personal wishes. It felt as thought I was genuinely meeting a representative of a very robust and well thought about brand that is passionate about CX, the quality of the product, , the uniqueness of what represents the ‘LICK’ brand values; the quality of the LICK products, the sense that their brand has an environmental conscience.
