We had an issue with our paint tins varying more than expected/usual, I contacted customer support with some photos and had the pleasure of dealing with Séamus who was absolutely brilliant, he was so apologetic, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful and he has even arranged some free tins of paint to be sent out as we will need to do an additional coat to all areas to get the matching colour drench we had hoped for. Even though it has resulted in more work for us in terms of needing to do all the walls, skirts, ceiling etc. again, I’m not even bothered because of how well it was handled. Thank you Séamus and Lick, very well done and great customer service!
