I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. I found an incompetent person who was unable to help me. The employee has not responded to my e-mail for 2 days, even though I never received my parcel. they don't see a problem with it and don't want to help me.

I contact customer support with an issue and got one reply asking for more information. I sent the info and have heard nothing back despite following up 3/4 times.
