Level Sleep

I am still trying to get comfortable with this mattress. It can be difficult to find a comfortable mattress when you deal with fibromyalgia. I'm trying to give it a respectful amount of time. I hope it gets better the more I sleep on it. Right now it's still uncomfortable. Perhaps could update in the future.?

This is a well made mattress and a good value but unfortunately it doesn't work for me. I have a mobility issue that keeps me from sleeping on my side and I was hoping that this mattress would help. I have difficulty positioning myself over the lumbar support area which causes pain. The mattress is too hard and ultimately it cuts off circulation. I cannot sleep on it so I wish to return it.

We have now owned a kind size bed base for a couple months and it has started to squeak where the feet screw into the base. I actually cut a towel in a small circle and took the foot off than put the fabric on than put the foot back on. That has helped some. I reached out to customer service and they want to send me a whole new base. Thats not what I am really looking for because I feel like its a normal issue, but maybe not? I have no idea.

Seems some support braces were missing from my box. I worried the wood slats are going to fracture. Mattress seem good. Skip the platform.

First of all the frame is not worth the cost very very cheap and one pre-drilled metal hole was not drilled completely correctly so we could not get the screw in because there was a hook of metal in the hole, which it prevent the screw to go in. I called customer service and they wanted pictures of the problem. The pictures were sent and I thought she understood it took me three - four emails and still trying to explain. I told them I needed just the another end panel and more slats because The frame had huge spaces that would not support the mattress. Maybe two weeks later the extra slats arrive with extra screws ???? I did not need screws !! I needed a end panel. Which never came.. I ordered California king size the sheets are not cal king they do not fit… the mattress is good but it’s is not that cooling. But not as hot as a therapeutic mattress. I do like the height of the mattress
