Level Sleep

We are very pleased with the mattress. The first night we felt 80% better. We did have to adjust to hit as the nights went on. And, now we love it! As for getting assistance by any reps was horrible. They never answer the phone and leave you waiting for a long time on the message board - very bad service.

Very comfortable! We have only been sleeping on it for a week, but for someone used to an extra firm spring mattress, we love it. I'm hoping it lasts many years. Thank you!

This mattress provides the support I need without pushing back up against my body like my old coil spring mattress. And my wife loves it too!

The Level Sleep pillow I purchased helped decrease the neck pain I had been experiencing for months that even my chiropractor couldn’t get rid of! Within two nights the neck pain was significantly better letting me know I made the right decision to buy it, and within in a week the neck pain was all gone. As I've gotten older, I started waking up with terrible headaches and aches all over. I'd just become accustomed to it I suppose and accepted it as part of life. But then my shoulders started hurting so much that I couldn't ignore it. I purchased one of those super expensive wedge pillows but that didn't help at all. After just one night on this mattress, I felt significantly better in the morning and now after a month on it, I wake up with very little pain and no headaches. My shoulders still hurt a little but I'm pretty sure I have bursitis and I'm a side sleeper. But overall I'm DRAMATICALLY better in the mornings. I also bought the adjustable bed frame. The zero gravity position is wonderful and helps me sleep on my back when I need to, and I've never been able to sleep on my back before. My only complaint is the response time of customer service. I had trouble getting my 2 twin bases to sync up and getting a response on that took weeks. But after I finally got in touch with a technician, he was super helpful and we got the issue resolved. If you have aches and pains, this is the mattress for you.
