Level Sleep

Very comfortable mattress. I have never purchased an "internet mattress" before. I was quite worried. But the reviews were good, and the price was reasonable, so I gave it a whirl. I am so glad I did. The setup couldn't have been simpler, and the bed was ready in hours. It's soft to the touch, but provides solid support for my often achy back. I'm very pleased with my mattress.

My husband has had back pain for years. We received our Level Sleep mattress a week ago. He has had pain-free sleep ever since. It was easy to unpack. Followed the instructions for unpacking. Let sit for 3 hours before making the bed. There was a light odor immediately after unpacking. After 3 hours there was no odor. So far, we are loving it.

Once I was connected with a customer service representative, they were able to take me through the return process. The return process has some steps, but they were easy enough.

I will admit that it took some time to get use to the pillow. It’s like nothing I had ever slept on. It took a couple weeks to adjust, and now I don’t know what I would do without it. The pillow has been great and my sleep has improved. Not waking up with neck pain has been amazing. Give yourself some time to adjust you will love the pillow!

Although the bed feels oddly firm at first in the area under the torso, it works. This layer of the bed provides tremendous support for the back, and the other areas provide a softer surface where there is less weight to support. It takes a little getting used to, but it seems to work great with my L4-L5 herniation.
