I tried to order this at Christmas and it was on backorder. Lehmans was wonderful about contacting me as soon as they got a new batch in. And I was able to have one sent to my sister-in-law as a belated Christmas gift. Thank you for a great service, and it was delivered very very quickly.

the packing of this bowl is not going to cut it in shipping. My bowl arrived in 15 pieces. I was issued a prompt refund and customer service was great. But packing peanuts with this fragile of an item will never work. Delivery people literally throw the boxes from truck to truck. It needs to be wrapped in a ton of newspaper
