I am very happy with my new Zassenhaus Bread Slicer! My whole grain Einkorn sourdough is really quite difficult to slice with a regular bread knife. I even bought an electric knife which was better, but it was still difficult for me to slice. The Zassenhaus is a dream. It is very sharp and easy to use. Just be careful since the blade is exposed.

Shipping was quicker than promised, which was a great surprise! Considering how far they traveled, I certainly didn't expect them to be early. The quality of the baskets is excellent, and the packaging & shipping material was exceptional. Beautiful workmanship, which feels like a labor of love.
