We've spent a lot of time and money on mattresses in the last few years. Our previous one was £1000 and left us waking up in pain. Our problem is I like a soft mattress and my partner prefers one so hard he'd sleep on the floor if he could. This Leesa mattress has improved our night's sleep for both of us. I have gone from tossing and turning and waking up in pain, to sleeping all night long and waking pain free. My partner also sleeps much better but does not quite love it as much as me. Its solved our problem and we will not ve buying another or sending this back. Thanks very much Leesa!

Their is no doubt that this is a comfortable mattress. However for me personally I struggled to sleep as my body felt constantly too hot. I'm not sure of the reason, maybe the cover is too thick, maybe the first level of foam doesn't provide enough ventilation but it just didn't work for me. To be balanced and fair my wife did not have the same issue and slept really well. Because of me we've had to return the mattress and this has been a straight forward process and the British Heart Foundation is picking up the mattress next week. So reallly happy with the service it's just a shame I couldn't get on with the overall feel. I'm giving 5 out or 5 for the service and the fact that it's just an individual issue. We're all different that's the challenge and although it is tough for bed companies, buying a mattress without a trial period seems crazy as you reallly can't tell what it will be like until you've slept on it. So I applaud the option to return and that there was no real pressure in the process (apart perhaps from the repeated comment that if we don't hear from you within 7 days we assume you've decided to keep it. Not really needed and I wonder what would happen if I didn't reply in time?).

I looked around for a fair while before settling on a Leesa mattress and i made the right choice. Great product and great customer service. They offer a 100 night trial so why not…

We chose Leesa over other providers because the reviews seemed to indicate that their company ethics were good. We were not disappointed, it was a very simple process from ordering to delivery, and unwrapping our enormous mattress. From day one we have been more comfortable than we ever have on a sprung mattress, so much so that we dread staying with friends and family and can't wait to get home for a good night's sleep. Back and joint aches are a thing of the past (unless we are not sleeping at home); if one of us moves it does not disturb the other, unlike on a creaky bouncy sprung mattress; and it doesn't reflect body heat back - in fact night sweats have ceased. We are entirely happy with our Leesa mattress and waste no opportunity to tell others how great it is.

This is by far the best thing that I have brought for a long time! Having suffered with chronic lower back pain for years I now get out of bed pain free! Only downside is that I really struggle to get out of bed and would be more than happy to stay there all day!!! Also being able to pay monthly is a perfect solution and the main reason that I have not had a decent mattress until now. I would recommend this mattress to anyone!
