This may seem a strange review in that I have given Leesa five stars, but sent the mattress back. Having read a number of independent reviews and the reviews on the website I decided that the Leesa seemed to tick all of the boxes for me. I was particularly impressed with the social and environmental commitment of the company. I ordered a double mattress which arrived on the date promised. The mattress was well made and easy to “install”. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. Whilst it relieved the problem that I had with my old mattress, after a few days I found I was suffering from discomfort in the lower back. I gave Leesa support a ring. Olya was very helpful and arranged for the mattress to be picked up by a national charity. The cost of the mattress was promptly refunded once the mattress was collected. Overall, the service I received was excellent and I am happy to recommend this company and I can confirm that the 100 day promise works. It really is risk free.

Mattress was too firm for me but I will say the customer service team was amazing. The return process was made very thanks to them. Thank you olya

We spent a long time comparing reviews and specifications for the "Mattress-in-a-box" products before committing to one. The review from Which was instrumental in our decision making process. Despite a few people suggesting the mattress is on the firm side we have found that after a week of bedding in the mattress is perfectly balanced. We couldn't be more delighted with our Leesa. It has improved our quality of sleep practically overnight and instantaneously resolved my early morning lower back pain attributed to our previous mattress. For me the most impressive aspect of the Leesa is the fact I never feel pressure points anywhere on my body when sleeping regardless of position. I tend to be a side/front sleeper and never feel myself rolling out of position or having to reposition myself regularly to get comfortable. The Aveena layer is certainly working as I never overheat on this mattress. We purchased a decent breathable mattress protector for this Leesa and it hasn't detracted at all from the quality of the materials and inner construction of the mattress. If there is a drawback it is the lack of handles on the side of the Leesa which I had initially considered to be no detraction. However putting a fitted sheet on is rather a comedy performance without handles due to the weight of the mattress. That aside I do not hesitate to recommend the Leesa! - You have 100 days to make up your mind so this truly is a no brainer.

I've gone from expensive pocket sprung mattresses (last two mattresses) to trying something different - Leesa. I'd heard that Tempur mattresses could take some getting used to and a friend said they found it very hot. So it was interesting to see a number of hybrid mattresses come onto the market. I did some research and went for the Leesa. Service was good - it comes in a box and once unpacked is ready to sleep on within four hours. So far we have found it very comfortable and have been sleeping very well. Good support and comfort, especially if you sleep on your back. It's a very competitive price compared to Tempur or good pocket sprung mattresses so I'm interested see how well it lasts.
