We had a problem after about 6 months of having the mattress. One side was sagging. I wrote to customer services, who advised me to take a few pictures from a few angles and send them over. They reviewed the pictures, sent us a new mattress and took away the old one!! We can't fault the service!!

The only downside to this mattress is that I now find it 10x harder to get out of bed in the mornings. It is really comfortable and the perfect amount of support for me.

I bought this for my daughter and she was initially amazed how quick it expanded. According to her it was the best nights sleep in years.

I was sceptical that this mattress could live up to it's claims but the price and 100 day return policy persuaded me to try it. We were very happy with the delivery and the ease of unpacking the mattress and it is a huge improvement on the mattress we had.

We’re very happy with our new mattress. Took a few nights to get used to it but we are both sleeping better for it now after having a spring mattress previously and waking each other up when turning over and having bad backs due to the indents in the mattress. Will definitely recommend. Wasn’t sure if we would like it as we’re not fans of memory foam but it’s not like that at all. You sink in slightly which is comfortable and just enough in our opinion
