More comfortable than our previous mattress and it feels nice and firm. The plasticky smell has just gone after 2 months

I can't recommend my leesa mattress highly enough. Takes a while to get used to but can't imagine sleeping on anything else now. The smell which others comment on was negligible and didn't last long. Company support was excellent. Only downside is ups who are used for delivery. I never received a message with date so they just turned up one day when I was out. I changed the date to suit. The delivery individuals were extremely unhelpful. I didn't realise until I saw the original delivery note that my mattress weighed 34kg. While I am aware that it is not in their job description to carry anything upstairs I have found mostly in the past that delivery drivers are very helpful. This was not the case. I am 59 yrs old and live on my own. The mattress needed to be taken up 2 flights of stairs. They just pushed it into my hallway and when I politely asked them if they could help was told rather abruptly 'it's not our job". Thankfully there is building going on opposite my house and 2 of the men saw what happened and came to take it upstairs for me

Getting a very good nights sleep with this Leesa mattress. I have previously tried two others on the 100 day trial and returned them after giving them a good trial. This mattress suits both my wife and myself and thank goodness it is A1 and will be staying on our divan base and not being returmed in the back of a lorry. Thanks Leesa
