We ordered two magnum chairs but received two classic chairs. Sent an email to customer service and received a response the same day. Received the magnitude chairs two days later with a return label. The chairs are great.

I accidentally entered a wrong digit in our shipping address. I noticed it after placing the order. I contacted customer service by email and they responded right away. There was no delay in my order, it was fixed and we got our chairs no problem! Thank you!

Brought back many childhood memories. Used to re-web our chairs in the early 70’s. Nothing any different today. Please Please Please bring back the lounge chairs.
