Webbing and bonus package of installation clips arrived quickly after online order. Followed directions on packaging and measured strips as I removed them from chair frame. Had to use old clips as they were a different style. Everything worked great and chair is now safe to sit in again and without having to buy a new chair. Will recommend and use your products again.
