Grain too big for spreaders, not sure if I was able to apply in the right amount since I had to set my spreader to 11.

I recently received the product, but unfortunately, the packaging was not adequate. The packet arrived opened, and the seeds were exposed and had spilled out. It’s unclear whether this issue originated from the manufacturer’s packaging or occurred during handling by the shipping company. I kindly request that future shipments be packed more securely to prevent similar issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been using Lawn Synergy all year and this is the worst my lawn has ever looked. I have a large area where the grass completely died. The entire yard looks sick and in 11 years it has never looked this bad. Please send me a soil test kit on the house so we can figure out why this is happening.

No change in my lawn.
