Amazing looking arm chair in the photos but in real life the Mindi wood has pinky red tones through it, this was highly disappointing as the photos online look like a blonde almost oak looking timber. After purchasing I realised there is so much variation in the colour of mindi timber therefore, I wouldn’t buy it again. When I tried to call the office/warehouse there was no answer multiple times, a message was left and still no one has got back to me. This was the same for the Parisian side table.

Your chairs were $300 one day, $400 the next, $450 the day I finally bought. Considering buying another… would you consider offering it at original price point, please?

I don’t write a lot of poor reviews but it is now some months after placing and paying for our order and we have not seen it. Supply was non existent, product was damaged in the warehouse so it didn’t ship, I guess that was good. Very very poor communication that was not proactive. We had intended to purchase a lot of armchairs for a bnb project, I hope when we finally receive the first order our experience improves dramatically. Receiving the review request prior to the goods was not a good idea….
