Your order system

To my surprise the wrong tel number was in your system (the one of my wife) and without entering the code sent to this tel number I could not do anything. This is pretty bad. I should be able to order stuff without the tel number in your system since this can be wrong.

Really good, but needs a few enhancements

Works well but could use two enhancements. I way to remotely activate/deactivate the system. Use case is if I am out of town and am going to be having maintenance on my pool equipment. This happens fairly often in FL where a lot of people are part timers. Also, if the report would show for each sample, if water was added and how much, that would be helpful, instead of just a daily summary.

Warranty not good

Hello there, the system is really great and i have sold to my customers about 10 units in last 8 months. But im having an issue now for the first time the sustem came defected and im not getting the warranty as it should be. The valve is malfunctioning and putting water in the pool even though its not suppost to. Already messaged you guys/you told me to reach out to the manufacturer, no response yet and a week went buy. Thats not how things wodking in the pool industry. Items that are decected from the beggining need to be replaced asap. I just sold an 1800$ system and its not working, my cuetomer is supper dissapointed and im about to go and guy the valve separately, get the system working for him and never buying the product again. You guys need to step up your watranty , thisnis unexceptable!
