The delivery service from Richard the courier was exceptional! He had a huge smile and was a good laugh. Truly went above and beyond all couriers I’ve come across. The delivery when I first ordered it had expected delays and with covid and manufacturing it’s kinda expected. So it was a happy surprise when it came a week earlier then it was supposed to. The YouTube video on how to assemble it made it pretty straight forward and didn’t really need to read the manual as it was that easy. The only bummer is smell of the couch. It’s been a couple of weeks and the chemical smell is still there. Not sure if there is a way for that to be reduced.
