Knifewear was great as always. Happy to have been able to finally get these chefs presses. They work great.

Many uses in the kitchen and enjoy adding another tool for my cast iron arsenal.

As per usual, staff are amazing, when I asked about the iwatani, they shared the meals they have personally cooked on theirs and what worked/didn't work.

Amazing class on knife skills.
