This is one of those things that you “why didn’t I buy it before”. Beautiful knife, and makes cutting bread/bagel/sandwiches a pleasure.

I am definitely an amateur cook but loved replacing all of my kitchen tools during the pandemic. I purchased everything from knives to utensils which made a very dreary time somehow a bit brighter.
